Chris Hervochon, CPA, CVA has been selected as one of the 2019 “40 Under 40” in the Accounting Profession by CPA Practice Advisor magazine.
“This year’s 40 Under 40 Honorees are among the best and brightest talent in the accounting profession,” reads CPA Practice Advisor’s description of the awards. “The 40 Under 40 Awards spotlight the top practicing public accountants, educators and thought leaders who are leading their profession by visibly and incrementally changing the accounting profession through their exemplary leadership, their innovative thinking, their collaborative efforts to provide unity to the profession across the generations, and their community outreach which extends the visibility of the profession outside the workplace.”
As a recipient of this award, Hervochon will appear in the December print edition of the magazine and online at cpapracticeadvisor.com. Hervochon also will attend the Young Leaders Accounting Think Tank October 16-18 in Indianapolis, which connects members of the “40 Under 40” group and other rising leaders in the profession. The event provides an annual forum for strategic thinking, creates a bridge to the existing Accounting Thought Leader Symposium and offers an opportunity for collaboration to discuss the current and future state of the accounting profession.
